Once you have done checkout all the way threw it is a binding contract that you are purchasing the item. I do not offer refunds as I put alot of time into my work and I know it is excellent quality. I don't take short cuts with my products. I crochet my items with my hands no machine or molds. I will inform in the description of the item if I used a pattern or not.
